　１７５９年に作詞された古い英国の歌です。現代、英国海軍の公式行進曲としても採用されており、そのほかにもカナダ軍海兵隊でも公式行進曲となっているようです。その為か、歌唱つきの音源よりも演奏のみのほうが広く流布しています。
